Danni

Let’s value our co-workers. One of my favorite activities of 2024 has been introducing Danni to new clients.

Danni Askew is our Business Manager at Being Valued.

It doesn’t take long for people to realize Danni is much more than her corporate title. Our new clients love calling her Benjamin Button. They said no one could have accomplished as much as Danni has done in her years on this planet – unless she was living her life backwards.

By introducing Danni to new clients, I have the opportunity to see her many talents through fresh eyes. Danni has done more in a third of a lifetime than most people do in 10 lifetimes. As a Harry Potter fan, I’m convinced Danni has a secret time-turner like Hermione Granger.

Business Manager is only one of Danni’s many titles. Here are a few others:

The World Traveler

Danni is currently traveling in Ireland after a stay in Morocco. I’ve lost count of the number of countries and continents she has experienced. It might be easier to count the places Danni hasn’t been to yet. Danni is a pro at discovering, exploring and immersing herself in new experiences.

The Role Model

Danni lives her life Being Valued. She is a genuine Role Model who practices what we preach. She knows who she is. She knows what she wants, and she knows how to get it. Best of all, she knows how to help others be valued for their unique skills, talents and abilities.

The Business Owner

Danni loves working with small businesses because she owns a small business herself (Paired Experiences). She starts her MBA program in September with the goal of helping our business clients climb to new heights.

The Kind, Caring and Intuitive Soul

Danni embodies a rare combination of perfectionist and empath. In addition to being book smart, she is intuitive and spiritually savvy. We trust her judgment and inner compass. Her kind and caring heart lights the way.

The Leader

Danni has studied leadership and has led large teams to great success. Forget Influencers! This is the one to follow.

The Musician

Did I mention she sings and plays multiple instruments? Yep, she’s in a band.

The Friend

Cheers to the co-workers who make everyone their friend! Danni has a kind ear and words of encouragement for everyone she meets. Our Being Valued clients love her, and we can’t wait until she’s back.

Danni has been gone for a few weeks now. Instead of welcoming her back from her vacation with a giant Action List of tasks to be accomplished, we made a choice to take this time to say: “Thank you.”

Danni, we value you and all you do!

At Being Valued, we encourage everyone to see their co-workers through fresh eyes. If you take the time, you’ll quickly learn we are all much more than our corporate titles.

Let’s value our co-workers together. Let’s pause more often to appreciate our co-workers for the countless ways they inspire us to do better and be better.
